One thing I wasn’t aware that could happen with this condition is how much higher risk you are of getting stress fractures. I apparently have stress fractures in my left foot that I was unaware of. In my defense, I’ve never broken a single bone in my body. But it was apparently caused by my fascia being weak and unable to support and protect the bones. Causing the fracture.
