Pain for the last 9 months, and now after PT, stretches, different shoes and insole, x ray and MRI, and otc pain meds. The pain is different, kinda gone, but not really. I was standing all of yesterday, and noticed the spot that always swells wasn't swelling. Nothing has changed the last few days. I tried taping for one afternoon, but I'm finicky about things touching my feet, ended up taking it off after a couple hours. Shared post Angela Dan I was doing quite well this past week but I am suffering a set back today. I wore new slippers in my home as my P/T said not to be barefoot at all right now & last night I went for a pedicure. I'm thinking the pedicure might of been a big no, no!Today from my knees down everything doesn't feel good. Almost like my calves and lower legs have the flu.
