Question: I had a matrixectomy for permanent nail removal on 4 toes after the removal surgery where they grow back didn't get rid of the infection. What I need to know is how long do I need to always have socks on over the bandages? I had the surgery on Wednesday, so post op I'm 4 days in (5 if you count surgery day).
