Saw my awesome foot doctor again today.
Saw my awesome foot doctor again today. He checked me over again and suggested shots in my heels and despite the pain I had last time with the old doctor I agreed. He actually looked for where the pain was and started the injection there and then move it around to another spot. I won't lie....it hurt bad and I felt it in my ankle and up my foot into my toes. He did say I have ingrown nails on my big toes because I tend to walk on the

Windswept for sure, that ridge brings wind down through the Licking Valley, not a good locale for homes. Green space and grazing!!
