So 13 months after the correction surgery im about to lose my mind with this foot!!

So 13 months after the correction surgery im about to lose my mind with this foot!! Im going to ask for a second opinion i have lost faith in my surgeon .This is after a days work on my feet, i also now have sometimes a sharp pain that stops me in my tracks. FYI Bunion surgery that went wrong (over correction i believe) 2nd op a big toe fusion to fix the then hallux varus. Physiotherapy said my 2nd toe is taking the load the big toe should and inflaming it the big toe it too
