So I am 4 weeks post op and still in boot for another week with 1 hour starting tomorrow wearing shoes then each day add an hour till next wed then fully in shoes. I went Sunday to ER because out of no where my left calf (same side as surgery) started hurting felt like a huge Charlie horse. Went to ER and no DVT found. Sent me home with muscle relaxers and told to use heat therapy. Which I have been doing. But as of now it still is hu
