So question for everyone who had lapiplasty: My doctor said you're essentially laid up for 8 weeks and anybody who needs to 'get around' shouldn't do it. I had a 2 yr old and infant-is this doable and was the surgery that bad? I've tried the wide shoes and I'm still hurting
