So what does this mean plate loosening???

So what does this mean plate loosening??? Has this stuff in the description happen to any of you? Also has this happened to any of you and did you get hardware removal? Is it really a necessity to get hardware removal if it’s loose and if so was the surgery hard recovery and how long were you out of walking, I rather get some people experiences than a doctors opinion yah I’ll get the doctors opionon but I’d like to hear what you guys been through
