Surgery update! I am 3 weeks out.. surgery was plantar fascia release, gastrocenimus and bone spur removal.. I am just 1 week longer in the boot but total weight baring now.. minimal pain (I am feeling it mainly in my calf but not much) biggest issue is weakness of my muscles and discomfort in the outer part of my heel (which is more from the boot and not walking in a natural step I think!) the pain where my PF was has gone completely but I have been extremely diligent with P
