TLDR: How do you deal with the pain?

TLDR: How do you deal with the pain? I’m a 40 year old teacher with 4 kids. (13,10,6,1) so I’m active. By 4-5 in afternoon my feet hurt so dang bad that it’s awful. I’ve been taking ibuprofen at night to sleep. I tried Salonoas but didn’t really help. Foot Ice baths help. But do you live on pain meds? What do you do? Background. I injured the top of my feet by walking in bad shoes. I didn’t realize they were the culprit and had been
