Top of foot pain and PF… Has anyone had correlated foot pain from the top of their toe to the inside of the bottom of the foot? Top of my toe hurts so much more and all the doctor say it’s related to PF. Any suggestions on relief? My MRI shows tissue scarring. I was considering the tenex procedure.
