Update. The vicks vapor rub suggestion actually fixed or helped it quickly. I went to a podiatrist on Monday. Dx right now is Raynaud's syndrome. Waiting for appt with a vascular group to check blood flow in toes. The weather broke to warmer temps and it definitely helped. That you for adding me to the group. I need help! Severe pain on bottom of 3 toes. What could this be? It comes and goes. I've tried 2 different fungal treatments and a steroids cream from md teladoc visit. I have an appointment Monday with a podiatrist. Looks like blisters. My toes hurt touching anything. Ibrophen helps some with ice. Warm water hurts. I did a foot mask a few weeks ago and this started a few days after it. Adding; I bought a home gout test. My levels acid levels showed normal. See less

Karin Ellis turned off commenting for this post. Diane May Chilblains? If so, make sure your shoes and socks are warm and roomy for the toes. Try rubbing vics vapour rub on your toes each morning. Keep active to keep the blood flowing. Avoid letting your feet get cold then hot. See a doctor about taking Nifedipine or similar during the colder months.

Could be cellulitis. I’ve had in my toe before and had to get antibiotics.
