Who has the best/quickest method to rid nail fungus without taking anything oraly?

No getting rid of it and topicals are a time consuming waste of time. Oral meds keep it at bay at best.

If you had it for a while and the fungus reached the nail Matrix you will not get rid of it. Will have to have the nail removed. Even the oral meds for many only work temporarily and it comes back

My diet plays a big roll in mine looking better or getting worse. I also use red light and filing and they really help too.

You have to face it internally. Gut health is #1. I started taking oregano oil capsules. I'm looking into doing an anti parasite protocol. I've tried everything and it's finally getting better. I may just have to cut out all sugar and gluten. I have been using Luna is pen and it's helped a lot, but I may try Vuret pen.

My fungus was in the matrix and I have regrown the nail out completely. I’m Still treating it and probably always will in case it ever comes back. I would have to say there is no point trying to treat it unless you are prepared to wear open toe shoes for 6 months or wash socks daily in anti fungal solution and hot water. Recontamination is your biggest enemy. I used phrena cream - direct from their website - not Amazon as these are knock off creams from China. The phrena cream direct from website I used for 8 months - still continue to use - it took around 3-4 weeks to see improvement. Also daily soaks in selson blue (anti dandruff shampoo with anti fungal properties in it) I did also use the Orivelle pens and applied 2-3 times a day. Daily filing with a clean disposable file each time. Good luck 🙏🏻
