Anyone have bunion correction surgery and was a runner befor

Anyone have bunion correction surgery and was a runner before the surgery?? How are you doing with your running after having the surgery? Shared post Kimberly Harwood Isham Anyone have an idea how to get rid of this forever? It's fluid buildup on my bunion. I've had it almost 2 years. I drained it before and it came back. I dont have insurance and just wondering if anyone else has any experience with this. Thank you ♡ No photo description available.. No photo description available. Shared post Kendall Elizabeth Big toe nerve pain? I have a small bunion on my left foot which causes me a lot of foot pain. I went and saw a podiatrist when the outer edge of my big toe became numb and my pain got worse. He told me my bunion was too small to be causing pain and said all my bones are shifting to the left which is a sign of something else going on. He said he couldn’t even correct the bunion. He wanted me to have a nerve conduction study done first. I got one and it’s normal. Anyone Shared post leena3030 Thanks admin for approval. Please bear with my long message as this is also the first time I am posting asking for advice. I am overwhelmed and stressed. My wish is to delay the process and hoping surgery is not needed. Recently i noticed my big toes are leading towards my second toes, for both feet though my left foot seems worse as big toe touching second toe . Coz I notice these flaws , I now walk very cautious weird and slow , keep feeling the toes are rubbing one another. For a start, i have since changed to wearing big toe box shoes which i ordered from amazon. btw i also have flat feet. sometimes also plantar fasciitis when i do workout such as stamping my feet. I have been doing some research and am totally confused by information on the internet. I hope someone here can guide me so that i am on the right track. 1. sometimes i have tingling on both big toes, especially more for left foot. i am starting to feel stressed about it. any one has such sensation too? 2. what actions do you take to slow down the bunion process? 3. regarding toe sleeve and toe spacer( creating space between specific toes) and toe separator ( entire foot to spread all toes), a. which one do you wear to go out or wear at home? b. how often do you wear them? c. do you feel the discomfort if wearing for long hours? d. how often do they spolit and you have to change them? e. some of them are quite costly, i am not sure if its worthy buying if i have to keep replacing. (note: i tried the toe spacer bet my big toe and second toe, at first was fine, but after a few days, i could feel the discomfort especially the one with loop. i tried the separator too, but i didnt like it coz it spread out your whole foot :( :( i temporarily switched to toe sleeve as its more bearable ) 4. in your own house, do you go barefooted? 6. what brands do you recommend for shoes and sandals? 7. do you feel the pain, and if so, how do you endure? 8. what exercise do you do such that it doesnt cause pain to your feet condition? 9. if you have done your surgery, can you share the experience please? (note: i heard its not recommended coz it may come back or cause toe to be weaker, please clarify) Thanks admin for approval.
