Foot pain for a decade or more now. Almost 24/7. Idk what’s wrong. Orthotics aren’t helping after wearing for a year and a half. Will try again but I’m not confident it will solve the problem. I’m 27. Dance teachers from childhood said I have flat feet. I think that makes sense, also perhaps something in my ankle. Doctor says I have bunions too. The pain is sooooo bothersome.
