Hey so I’m new here. I was wondering if anyone knew what this could be. So I have put 2 pics up one of my sore food and the other is non sore the sore foot has a bump the bump hurts when I move my toes etc. and push near the bump. and I’m not exactly sure what happened as I woke up it was hurting lol. The 1st pic is my sore foot and the other pic is not sore. I also suffer from flat feet so idk if it could be linked.

What do you do when you have had x-rays, MRI, injections...and they(Podiatrist) can't find anything wrong? I've tried wrapping it, putting cream on it, tried magnesium oil, new shoes...nothing helps. Hi all, I am 27yo, and I somehow managed to hurt my feet. I am still not diagnosed, been to every doctor possible except to a neurologist because it takes ages to get an appointment on the nhs.
My symptoms started in December when I changed shoes. I didn't like them i thought they were very sturdy. But i still wore them anyway.... ( stupid idea )

Newbie here!!
I’m having some pretty severe heel pain, the pain is throughout the heel but mainly pinpointed to the sides. Picture below to show where the pain is mainly affected.
I have had no luck figuring this out with Podiatrists.
I work very long hours on my feet on a concrete floor, I have tried several different types of shoes. The pain in tolerable while I’m working, moving around and walking (I average 10-15 thousand steps a day).

Painful feet... this is my story, so I know this won't help everyone, but it's worth writing in case it helps someone.
I had excruciating pain across the top of both my feet & also pain shooting up the inside of my lower legs. This went on for years. I had various tests & xrays & was told it was wear & tear (in other words suck it up!). I had an appointment with a Rheumatologist & mentioned my feet. She referred me to an NHS Podiatris
