I have a bunion forming on my right foot. First noticed it about a year ago as it started to cause a lump on my second toe where the big toe pointed in. Now I am getting pain in my right foot (underneath by my toes), the bunion aches and throbs after some time on my feet and on occasion causes me to limp. I am pretty flat footed and it's only my right foot that is affected. I am on my feet all day as I work in a nursery. Would anyone recommend going to a podiatrist? I have s
