I have a high arch and is it better to wear a shoe that goes up into your arch? I hate that feeling and so uncomfortable.

Got rid of all arch support insoles or shoes with hight arch support , I have a high arch too and made it worse , my physiotherapist said if you have a high arch you do not need it and it will make it worse as it’s digging into your arch . Since I removed all arch supply insoles it’s much better

I have totally flat feet and can’t tolerate hard orthotics. Currently trying Hoka 9 Bondi sneakers. Apart from the price they are absolutely better for my heels. Possibly a little better for soles of feet but I have tarsal tunnel as well

I have a high arch also snd can’t stand anything that goes up in my arch. I ordered two pairs of oofos and can’t wear them for more than a minute. Everything I read says that we should have arch support with high arches, but they hurt my feet so bad.😢
