I’m liking what I’m seeing out there where orthotics aren’t recommended but PT instead. It makes logical sense to strengthen rather than supporting something already weak…

I’m 3 weeks post surgery and getting some pain in my foot arch.
I’m 3 weeks post surgery and getting some pain in my foot arch. I have flat feet so want to get an insole for my shoe to stop over pronation. I’ve looked at some but they are so big and clumpy. Can anyone recommend some that I can buy in the UK that have been helpful for you?

I’m just thinking about the future as both my feet are flat. I do not want bunions again! I’ve never seen a way to correct flat feet?
Where did you get that spacer?
you can get them on Amazon
Yes, Amazon.
Are you still wearing the heel shoe? I had to wear until 7 weeks. Once i started wearing normal shoes and weight bearing in got the arch pain but it only lasted a couple of weeks. I think it was after not putting weight on my foot for so long and when I had the bunion I didn't walk properly.
I’m still in the boot of love until the 24/06. I will see how I feel in a few weeks as it might pass. Thank you!
If you get a tennis ball a while you are watching the tv roll the ball under your arch this will help x
Could it be bruising? My foot is so bruised underneath it was causing a lot of pain. I’ve also got flat feet. I had an arch made for me years ago. But can’t wear it with the heel shoe!
