Mine wasn't hard enough

So, mine came in finally!
So, mine came in finally! It did take a while. Ordered 11/29/22. Arrived 3/3/23. I waited 12 days to post to give a review. Definitely HELPING!!!! I know some customers said they didn’t help. You have to give them some time. Having podiatrist prescribed orthotics before, I knew there’s an adjustment period. There was some pain in my hips and legs but I know that’s because my body wasn’t aligned because of my fallen arches. Particularly my left arch. What was really helpful after I sent my imprint, Upstep requested the specific tennis shoes that I wear. I’m a full time tennis coach and on my feet all day. I sent them the pictures and they fit very well in my shoe. Ordered 2 pairs and definitely loving them! (The shoes pictured are not the shoes I put them in. Those are my running shoe(Brooks). My tennis shoes are ASICS Gel Solution Speed. My point is, they are not as comfortable in my running shoes. I Ordered these tennis specific. 3/22/23 update! So, this product IS helping! I do have to wear them all the time. If I don’t, I’ll pay for it later! I’m definitely gonna have to order more. Definitely less expensive than going to the podiatrist when I got my first orthotics. Those were more money and not comfortable! Thank you Upstep!!!!

My experience was awful! I waited three months and when they finally arrived, I couldn't walk with them inserted in my Merrils. I tried for a week and finally contacted them for a refund. They suggested having them remade! Sure, and wait another three months. No thank you. I'm still waiting on the refund.
I certainly understand. They are helping. BUT I still have pain in my feet. If it doesn’t improve I will be seeking a refund as well.
