The podiatrist said I had really flat feet. She prescribed me Brooks with hard inserts. I wore them for two months and developed gait on top of pf. I just broke out my old flat flip flops and my feet fill relieved. I'm thinking if God made my feet flat then why would I jack up the heel and arch and crunch up my toes? Monitoring....
