Both my ankles are feet are swollen and they hurt so bad sometimes that I can hardly walk; they have been this way for about a couple weeks. The left one hurts slightly more than the right. I have plantar fasciitis and flat feet. I’ve tried the RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) method. I got a pedicure about a couple weeks ago, hence the pink nails.
