Are there surgeons who will shorten toe during surgery? What should I look for? Shared post Rosey Stearns Curious if anyone has done hyperbaric oxygen therapy after their surgery. If so how much did it help? For reference I'm an MA for a naturopathic MD and have researched HBot pretty extensively. If you can get into a hbot immediately post procedure its supposed to reduce the inflammatory cascade by 40% I'd be really interested to know of hbot could potentially reduce the estimated year of healing to say 7 or 8 months. Has anyone tried it? Also curious if anyone had any luck with PRP injections? Curious if anyone has done hyperbaric oxygen therapy after their surgery. If so how much did it help? It's like the bone is curling or something bc it hurts worse on the underneath on both feet. I'm also scared of surgeries. I haven't even seen a Dr bc well I don't want to know. I'm on my feet standing all day every day of the week. I take care of 2 full properties on weekends so I'm literally always on my feet. They just keep getting worse. Is it normal for them to hurt so bad on the bottom? I think it feels like those spots hit the ground before the rest of my foot and it feels like I'm stepping on glass so I'm assuming it's the bone. I'm just going to have to bite the bullet and see a Dr aren't I? But then I look at a lot of your poor feet and think maybe I'm just a big baby!! ๐Ÿ˜‚ I have a thing about feet so I can't post a pic without socks. My feet hurt so bad. Both of them.
