Anyone have a foot this bad - not even sure it will work Sarah Fry I'm having MIS for my bunion on Tuesday. Any advice on how long it will be before I can return to the pool? So I got MIBS May 22nd so I am 10 days post op today (I had a post about this before). Honestly I have not taken any pain meds not even paracetamol as I think I didnt need it anymore, the heavy pain killers (opioid) I stopped it on day 4 as it makes me feel sick. I can weight bear as tolerated, i still use crutches sometimes as extra support. I elevate my feet up a lot.
