Dear helpful friends, After the bad surgery that left my big toe pushing in even harder on the hammertoe and no correction of the hammertoe the NHS sent me for a second opinion. This surgeon is a real expert in this field and is proposing revision surgery. The original surgery was Scarf and Akin; he wants to do lapidus surgery and hammertoe surgery on three toes.
