Does anyone have any guidelines on the weight-bearing timelines post op? I believe I've seen a lot of 0% weight bearing the first 2 weeks post op, but then what? I'm at 6-weeks post op and the surgical site and even my hammertoe correction seems to be recovering well, but every few days I get the most wicked sprained ankle pain to the point my ankles are purple. And I know it's because I'm compensating. I feel if I can start putting 50% weight on my entire foot it would help out my ankle a lot. When does bone fully heal anyway?
