Hello all and happy healing! My procedures are on Wednesday

Hello all and happy healing! My procedures are on Wednesday the 16th. I am having a bunionectomy with hardware, they are fixing my hammer toe with a pin that sticks out the tip of my 2nd toe that needs to be removed after a few weeks, and torn tendons and ligaments in the bottom of my right foot. No driving for 6 months. I am beyond terrified any advice to help with pain besides meds, ice and elevation? Thank you
