Hi. Has anyone had toenails removed as well? Either before, after, or simultaneously with bunion surgery? I'm wondering what the recovery was like.

I have. I had it done a few months before my bunionectomy & hammertoe surgery. It’s actually a little painful recovery. More of a constant throb for a few days. I couldn’t put a regular shoe on for a few days either. I used a walking orthopedic shoe you get for broken toes / foot . It helped !
