I am having MIS and hardware removal on Friday. I had lapiplasty on my right foot in Jan and now my left foot needs redone. Thankful it is minimal this time. Still asking for prayers for an easy recovery. They want me walking right away. How has that work for those who had the same surgery? Shared post Éva Bába I’m hoping that I will get the call soon for the date of my surgery, it’s been 9 months since I am waiting. Any advice what to ask at the pre op appointment? I was told that it could be a long recovery and no weight bearing for 6 weeks. The surgeon said that he is not very often see foot like mine. We discussed the risks like infection, distal neurovascular injury and recurrence or worsening of pain. but I need this surgery and I trying to be positive. First I ordered these in my size but wide, my middle toe is longer so it was pressing against the front of the sandal so I sized up- but got normal width. The middle to back of my foot is quite narrow. If I tighten the back of the sandal, my middle toe presses against the front. The second strap looks way too loose but if I tighten it, it presses on my foot and hurts when I walk. May be an image of shoes. May be an image of espadrilles. May be an image of shoes Shared post
