I have had nothing but trouble since getting a bunionectomy

I have had nothing but trouble since getting a bunionectomy three years ago. In the very beginning, I had severe nerve pain went to numerous doctors over a year and finally was diagnosed with CRPS which was literally a nightmare. I ended up having to have a nerve block which helped tremendously . Well fast-forward two years after that and now I am having pain in the ball of my foot right underneath my big toe pad so I will be seeing another orthopedic doctor next week. Has anyone else experienced this type of pain? The Doctor Who originally performed my surgery, said that it appeared to be a lesion type cyst or inflammation just from going by an ultrasound image. But that's pretty much all I know . The doctor I go to next week will be for a second opinion as it has been like 4 months since then and still have pain . Sometimes shooting sharp pain . Doctor did not wrap them back up today and cleared me to wear regular shoes! My skin is so dry and cracked ughhh. But any tips? I have a pressure sore on the side of my foot from being wrapped so tightly. And my incision sites are still sore I had both feet done at the same time also corn removed from both pinky toes those stitches are dissolvable but he told me be careful nothing rubs against them so I have to sleep very carefully. There are so many different situations and terminology. Like he never mentioned pins or screws..is that an always? He just told me osteotomy for bunion and tailors bunion and fix the hammertoe. And then the 6 weeks recovery. What do I even ask? Thanks!! No photo description available. Shared post Lynn Miller Prinz When did yall quit limping and started walking fairly normal and at regular speed? Shared post Arnell Ernst I had bunion surgery 3 years ago. My pain and recovery had been tough. Finally went back to the doctor to discover my big toe joint is full of arthritis. We've tried anti-inflammatories, injections and ortho inserts. Nothing has helped enough. This had affected my daily life and hobbies. My next option is a big toe fusion. If you've had this done, can you share your outcome? After a failed bunion surgery, im scared for another surgery. TIA May be an image of bone and xray Shared post
