I'm at a loss...I am in so much pain and don't know what else to do.

I'm at a loss...I am in so much pain and don't know what else to do. Have had x-rays, MRI, injections, tried magnesium spray...All test came back showing nothing. I've traded shoes, doesn't matter which ones I wear. Tried Hokas x2, orthofeet and ortho sandles. Pain is where red circled is. Moving my 2 smaller toes hurts. Or pushing together where arrows are. Sometimes it's stiff to bend toes. By the end of the day I am in so much pain. Has gotten real bad this past week. Been
