I’m having bunion surgery next Friday on my left foot,Im Get

I’m having bunion surgery next Friday on my left foot,Im Getting nervous. I had lapiplasty on my right foot 3 years ago and it helped the pain but the big toe has fallen back over and rubs my second toe. This time a different Dr is doing it and he is going to put a plate on my big toe to hold it straight and fix a hammertoe on my second toe. Has anyone else had this done? If so about how long was it before you can return to work?
