I’m officially at the point I cannot walk normally any longer. I’ve been training myself to put my weight on the insides of my feet because my tailor’s bunions are becoming unmanageable. I’m scared, don’t have health insurance and don’t know what to do. Any suggestions? Shared post Alison Mitchell Tennis shoe Recs Any other fellow surgical techs, cross-fitters in here that can recommend some good every day tennis shoes and cross trainers? I like Altra, flux and xero shoes but wondering if there’s any others out there? It’s hard to be picky about aesthetics with bunions and tailors bunions but…… I want some cute yet practical shoes! Shared post Jeanette Miller Henry New to the group. Joined to share a dime store remedy I found for sleeping at night with a Tailors bunion. I couldn't sleep on my right side because of the bunion pushing into the mattress. Perhaps others have discovered this and it is old news but for me...it's new and awesome! Partially inflated "water wing". Put it on just below the bulge of the bunion. It stays in place for the most part and keeps the upper part of my foot el Shared post Alex VT Acupuncture? Has anyone performed acupuncture to help reduce/relieve any level of pain or sensation from their bunions? Nervous but excited to FINALLY deal with this after a lifetime of pain that has gotten worse in recent years. Shared post August 14 at 12:16 PM May 24 May 12 November 28, 2025
