So, after MRI was read I have a tear in my plantar fascia and nerve entrapment.
Can anyone advise how recovery went and tricks for easier healing? I have had hammer toe surgery before and it wasn’t so terrible, but wondering if this is harder to recover from? I’m told non weight bearing for 2 weeks.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Looks like Christmas is on the couch this year. But I’ve tried all and every non-surgical procedure.
