After struggling with foot pain for about 5 years and going to different doctors for help, it was a massage therapist who was finally able to help me. Myofascial release has helped me tremendously! He has undone small knots in my calves and blockages and adhesions that I didn’t know were there. There are still a couple areas we are working on, but I’d say my feet are about 85 percent better! I walked in the sand today. I am learning to walk with no shoes on, as I’ve had to wear Oofos all the time for years. My feet got irritated with any other shoes- metatarsalgia, plantar fasciitis and neuroma issues. Also pain down my big toe and Achilles pain/soreness.
