hey there - newbie here. So 5 yrs ago had knee surgery (microfracture) and after that my gait changed causing all sorts of tendinitis (perennial and Achillies). To add insult to injury, I put on compression sleeves to help, but all it did was cause my tarsal tunnel to get inflamed in both feet which took over a year to calm down from. For years now my feet have been hypersensitive to shoes/sneakers. Any new sneaker/shoe I feel even a seam in.
