I feel like my custom orthotics are making the pain worse. Is that possible? Lisa Crook I have mortens neuroma alongside PF in both feet , I know I should be splaying my toes etc to stretch but I'm worried it's making the gaps between my toes worse Jody Stevens My story: .I have had plantar for 1.5 years from over use from learning golf . I also have worn orthotics for over a decade . I used to work for a chiro. So when my podiatrist said my orthotics are too flexible and I need more rigid ones I was highly skeptical. Why would I want more rigid I thought . Well you do . More on that later. I did the calf stretches, had a cortisone injection & continued to golf (January- April) until i cou Monique Ellen Judkins Just had bi-lateral MRIs done on my feet. What are the possibilities they will find? Will they see my Morton's Neuroma? What about Baxters nerve entrapment? Cas Marie I have had foot pain for 2 years and nothing seems to help but certain shoes definitely make it worse and all inserts feel like a marble under my arch and then make all my pain worse. I have a flexible arch so when I stand it gets pretty flat so it seems I need something with very minimal support. Anyone else have a similar story and have success moving past this pain? Susie Forrester Has anyone ever experienced walking on something in their foot like something hard and feel like marbles to,wat did u do to get help to get rid of it, Rebecca F. S Reitze Has anyone been diagnosed with Morton neuroma? Also this sits seems to have a lot of foot helpers. PRGEAR.COM Products July 5 July 4 Learn More June 28 June 24 June 24 June 22 June 21
