I had planta release surgery on my left foot last June and mortens neuroma surgery on my right I cannot wear any trainers that help me my left foot is constantly throbbing on the outside and feels bruised under the foot can anyone shed any light on it I’m in agony All reactions:

View 1 reply Dane Burmester All-star contributor If they cut your Fascia then you will be unstable. It can lead to multiple issues later in life. Talk to surgeon.
