I have had this pain on and off for 8 years.

I have had this pain on and off for 8 years. It increases when doing physical activity and on feet for a long time. Starts dull but ends up getting worse and radiating to arch of foot but main pain is where circle is. I do have high arches. Also I know it’s not Morton’s neuroma. Thanks for any help that can be provided.
