Medium high women's shoes relieving PF pain - anyone experie

Medium high women's shoes relieving PF pain - anyone experienced/ can explain?! My PF developed last year when I was training for a 10 mile run I've done every year for 20 years. I ramped up training too fast I guess. Pain only started just before the race though so I went ahead and did it. After the run my foot pain was worse so I stopped running and been trying to resolve it every since - 9 months and counting. Since the pandemic I have mainly been working from home, so a lo Lisa Crook Why is so painful here when it's meant to be the fascia underneath the foot ? Jeanie Smith I’m getting surgery to remove my Morton’s neuroma. Has anyone here gone through this experience? Kimberly Philipp Had release surgery about a year ago. After I developed nodules on the bottom of my foot had 3-4 injections things were ok for awhile but now another nodule, stabbing pain on top of foot barely walk, ball of foot is swollen surgeon is retiring not sure what to do Derek Prince-Cox I feel like my custom orthotics are making the pain worse. Is that possible? Lisa Crook I have mortens neuroma alongside PF in both feet , I know I should be splaying my toes etc to stretch but I'm worried it's making the gaps between my toes worse
