When should the pain start easing up. I had surgery 10 days ago. My foot just feels like its in a vice and its being squeezed and its heavy and im just really struggling despite me elevating it for most the day. Pic for attention. Ive been watching the Holiday whilst building lego!

When you say elevate is your toes level with your eyes. You can also use an ice pack that may help too. Hope you feel better soon.

Try a compression sock. I used one that just went above my ankle. Helped allot.

Ask your Dr!!!

It depends on which type of surgery procedure you had. If it was minimum invasive the pain should have stopped by now. If not, please call your Dr.

I feel for you. I’m about to have similar to 3 toes in the New year and I’m a runner. (But no Morton’s neuroma). Please if you get the chance keep us all updated on your pain recovery. Wishing you a speedy pain free recovery. 🥰

yes, I am. Doesn't look like it from the photo but its usually generally higher than my heart. Which is what I was told.

I already have, they just said stay on top of pain meds and I have appointment lined up, I want other people's experiences as equally one Dr I saw said id be off work for 6 weeks and the other said off work for 2 weeks. So, they can't even agree on that. I just wanted to hear from people who have been through it.

Anonymous member 610 no, I don't think it was minimally invasive..not quite sure what it was a scarf and something with pins and all, but I did have 2 operations I also had my mortons neuroma between toes 3 and 4 operated on as well. I think the nerve was removed.
