A little back story, I've had pf for 2 years and the only thing that helps is my husband rubbing my feet before bed, and steroid shots. I've trying everything from sleeping in the boot, ice, heat, compression socks, anti inflammatories, custom orthotics, you name it. It’s been better since then but my left foot (the one that started later) is still painful when I stand. I can walk with my orthotics, but I find that I cannot tolerate standing and most pressure are on my heels and left arch. I have Oofos at home and able to tolerate it with minimal discomfort on my left foot when standing. I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis in both feet a little over a year ago. I got high arch support super feet inserts and hoka Cliftons. I went to the podiatrist and got two cortisone Injections within a few months and used a night splint. That did not help. I was then told the next step was surgery.
