A lot of you are trying the old traditional approach to fix your PF. All of these are - relieving symptoms. The issue with this is these aren’t the same. Pain relief and recovery are different and aren’t the same. I found it pricey for me. I googled I can use Asics GT1000 14. Has anyone here have those and does it alleviate pain? Or any recommendation? I was in so much pain that the first step getting out of the car was extremely painful! I iced it when I got home, but it's still painful.
