After a year, MRI shows a torn PF.
After a year, MRI shows a torn PF. Podiatrist was honestly no help. I now have seen an Orthopedic and he suggests it’s time for surgery. Has anyone done the Gastrocnemius Recession surgery? What has been your success/lack thereof? Any long term issues? I am nervous to take that step because some of the horror stories we hear.
