How long is a piece of string? I mean they probably have a time zone but it will be different for everyone.

Mary Knight I took Lortab to recover. Took less than prescribed. But had to refill it couple of times.

I had good size spur on back of right heel in 2019. Foot doc tried few things then finally did a X-ray due to insurance wouldn’t pay for surgery at first. Had it removed and she did slight tendon release. Took awhile to heal but got immediate relief from that thing not being on back of heel. Feet take longer to heal plus I have psoriasis also. Earlier this year had PF in same foot but it may be due needing a right knee replacement. Steroid shots in knee still work. I take Meloxicam and Gabapentin. Plantars improving some. Foot doctor did spur surgery and release in her office.

You can get the spur removed but doesn’t mean your PF will be better. Most of the time if any. The spur isn’t the problem.
