I suffer from peripheral neuropathy and rheumatoid arthritis. I use Arnicare gel on my feet which helps better than anything else I’ve tried.

Do calf and hamstring stretches and work your gluteus maximus muscles you will feel a big difference in no time

I don't know if this will help but here goes. First of all for the plantar fasciitis don't waste your time buying a whole bunch of different types of shoes or inserts. See a podiatrist They could make a good insert for your shoes using foam that you step into. They have the ones that are a do-it-yourself kits, but just nothing like the experience of a good doctor to take the best imprint he can and make your inserts according to that. I had them years ago. my right foot was great but I still had a problem with my left. He remade the left and it was perfect. It felt like I had a new pair of feet. Now, you may have to stay off your feet for a little while to help them heal and do a little bit of walking at a time kind of breaking them in. But I'm telling you my feet were so bad after being on my feet all day I couldn't walk at all. Secondly, for the neuropathy you can try something called Biofreeze. Put it on your feet and it should help with the neuropathy. If you want to try that first to see if you could get some relief give it a try. But keep in mind if you have to plantar fasciitis, my guess is you are going to need the insert for your shoes above everything else. I spoke to my doctor about surgery for my plantar fasciitis. His comment, sure, I can do surgery, but it's going to come back. He said it always comes back. So you have to treat the symptoms rather than trying to get rid of the condition. That's my two cents I hope that helps because I know what it's like. Good luck.

Yep..and have had 5 foot surgeries too.. still hurts like hell.. can't even wear a regular shoe cause my big toe sticks straight up..still get cortisone injections in my heels like every 4 months.. but I am getting to see a few Dr's at Stanford soon so I'm trying to keep Hope..also I am on gabapentin for nerve pain and I use prescription diclofanec pain gel.. that stuff works good.. I've just had ALOT of stuff done to my foot surgically that I'm afraid it won't get better.. but I pray it will.. and prayers for you too 🙏
