Has anyone ever dropped somthing heavy on your surgery foot without shoes on?
I dropped on ipad and the corner it landed right on the scar/ metal plate.
And boy does it not feel good

I think I can kinda relate to what Ariel was going through, because since my MIS bunion surgery, about 8 weeks ago, I have yearned to be a part of the human world again so I could walk, run, and play all day in the sun.

This surgery is literally slowly taking me out.
On week 3 post surgery for:
Cut and straightened the second toe
Shortened/repositioned the second metatarsal

I will be having bunion surgery soon as soon as I decide on a date.
I am a runner but I am really saddened to know i will need to take time off. They will also do a plantar plate tear surgery.
How many months until you were active again? More specifically, able to run again?
