Has anyone ever had the procedure done where the doctor pokes holes in your heel supposedly to enhance healing? I cannot think of the name of it, but that’s how she described it to me. I’ve already had a full fascia release back in August and am still in so much pain! She’s suggested redoing the surgery but also doing this hole poking thing as well? Any thoughts?

I haven’t tried a brace, but I can’t sleep on my back. I pulled a muscle on my right lower side so I sleep on my left side. So I wouldn’t think it would mess up sleeping on a side, cause I’d break the drs orders and sleep on my side

Deborah Caine I wore it a few hours, then when I couldn't stand it, took it off. A few hours is better than nothing. Gives the facia time to heal.
