Has anyone tried either of the following for your plantar fasciitis? If so, how did it go in terms of improving the issue? -shockwave therapy -prolotherapy (sugar water injections)

I had super bad p.f. for 7 years off and on. I tried prolotherapy. I needed 6 sessions and then it was all gone! It's expensive, but I would go back instantly if it comes back. It's been gone 8 years.

Just saw a Pedorthist and he said 99% of the time this is caused by improper shoes and treated with proper shoes and inserts ✅ And the root cause is really the answer long term
