Has anyone tried Shockwave therapy and was it successful ? Phil Duffy Genuinely curious if anyone has ever actually cured their PF? Or is it just once you get it you’ll never get rid of it. And you’ll waste a suitcase of money on random junk trying to get rid of it. I’ve tried all the things from stretches to ice to hoka shoes. I work in healthcare so I’m constantly on my feet and stand for long periods of time. I recently heard of toe yoga and walking barefoot(slowly transitioning and doing about 10min a day). My feet are more sore and now the pain is throughout the day. Teresa Walley Nelson Ive taken a job ive tried for a year in a pharmacy. The job is alot of standing still and it was flared my feet up horribly in 6 weeks. I shift, take steps as I can, take my 2 breaks, use ice, voltaren, inersoles all the things. I dont have a mat or stool and thoigh I have a dr letter I've been told its a safety issue people could trip over them so I cant have.
